World Mental Health Day is on October 10. October is depression and mental health awareness month.

Here's 2 activities to do

  1. Raise Awareness - "Educate & communicate, raising awareness on the importance goes a long way to make sure people know that there are resources and support that are judgement free."

  2. Educate Yourself - sharing experiences is one way to spread awareness. Educating and sharing what we know is a step closer we need to take; with 2021's theme focusing and pinning down on making mental health accessible for all.
