It was a rainy night during the fall season. A storekeeper named 'Alice' had just began preparing for closing her new button repair shop she had recently opened up. (Loud sounds of thunder & lightning burst from the sky!)
Alice didn't have any children, nor co-workers being so new to the business; Alice also did not have a husband. A normal 1950s housewife has a schedule like taking the kids to school. Wash breakfast dishes. Do the daily cleaning of all rooms. Tidy up, make the beds, hang laundry, pick stuff up off the floors, and clean the bathroom. Alice has always did none of the sort for anyone but herself and though she's actively on the market ready to settle down, she just hasn't met that special someone.
Trying to ignore the fact Alice closes alone & goes home alone every night she decides to have a glass of wine she's hidden behind a bouquet of lily's on a counter full of plants. The bottle was labeled "Il n'est rien de réel que le rêve et l'amour" in French which translates to English "Nothing is real but dreams & love." Alice thought nothing of the unique looking wine and had at it as she watered the plants, sprayed for pest and hummed romantic tunes gently playing from her antique radio.
She started feeling funny. Seeing and hearing things. Drip! Drop! She could hear the rhythmic patter of the rain more. Looking at the ceiling "there's a leak in the damn roof" Alice said thinking out loud, "What do I have to fix this?" Alice thought a bucket would hold out for the night so she started searching for empty flower pots in the storage room back of the shop . The sweet smell of lavender begin to roam and linger the closer Alice got to the back. Alice had this abnormal feeling rushing through her veins, adrenaline and arousal. She began unbuttoning her cardigan, touching herself. Making every touch more inappropriate than the last. Her right hand groping her breast, the other moving in a patterned like motion. On the left hand, her fingers slowly became sticky with this creamy substance.
Alice was feeling so good! She decided to get creative and use what she had around shop as substitution for a male lover. Alice heads for the front of the store but notices a shadow like figure standing outside the window front; she immediately proceeds to close all blinds and heads towards the counter to have another drink. Drip! Drop! Drip! Drop! The rain grew angrier. WOOSH! Behind Alice came this feeling of restraint. Not able to move or scream. "Who are you?" wept Alice. "Are you going to hurt me?" she continued asking. The stranger replied "Not in any way you wouldn't enjoy it!" With an unsure voice Alice responded "Okay.' The stranger seemed dangerous but there was something different about him, his fragrance. Not sure what a man is supposed to smell like, she immediately fell for the pleasing scent on the man -- the lavender scent he wore reminded her of the same pleasing aroma she smelled in the back of the shop.
Standing six feet tall, with his warm breath sending chills down Alice spine, the man rips her blouse off button by button. With his hand gripping around her neck he continued to remove her skirt and every last item down to her garter and bralette. Alice was sure this was actually happening and not just another thought of hers. The man unfastens his belt; his warm body pressing against hers penetrating her walls. Each stroke for her a different feeling; a warm and pleasurable feeling, tightness, and friction. Every stroke got faster and harder until Alice and the man both groan pleasurably-- Alice's legs weak, she collapses to the floor causing her to slowly faint. As she lays there all she can make of the man is his dress shoes, khaki slacks and customized cuff links, with an "L" branded on them. Before parting ways the man has a final piece to say... standing over Alice he gently says "See, I didn't do anything that you haven't already thought of."
